中国菜 (Zhōngguócài) Chinese food

Previously we studied the Chinese translation of popular food around the world. Now we will focus on dishes from China.
Chinese cuisine has many styles originating from the diverse regions of the country. The history of Chinese cuisine stretches back for thousands of years and has changed during the time according to climate, imperial fashions, and the local preferences.
